Our Compliance department is looking for talented KYC On-boarding Compliance Analyst to join the team. While we also have an office based in London, the role will join the team at our New York Office.

About the role...

The KYC On-boarding Compliance Analyst is a critical member of the Front Office support team and is responsible for managing the KYC process from start to finish. The responsibilities of the KYC Specialist will include but are not limited to;

Details...
  • Gather, review and record KYC on prospects.
  • Identify and escalate any risks present with suggested solutions.
  • Conduct KYC refreshes of existing clients.
  • Ensure KYC paperwork is stored in line with company policy.
  • Conduct sanction/PEP screening and investigate potential hits.
  • Proactively update the sales team with KYC progress that impacts the
  • on‑boarding process.
  • Interact with clients and potential clients for the purpose of requesting information.
  • Account Activation and Termination
  • Undertake assigned Compliance project work
What Skills & Experience do I need?
  • Experience of client on‑boarding; experience of gathering and completing KYC checks on clients and can understand the commercial impact of KYC on businesses.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent team working skills, ability to manage own workload and tenacious attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a start-up environment
  • Have an interest in the payments, financial services, technology or FX industry
  • Be articulate, numerate, organized, hardworking and able to build excellent relationships
