Our Sales department is looking for a talented Relationship Manager to join the team. While we also have an office based in New York, the role will join the team at our HQ in London.

About the role...

We’re looking for a Relationship Manager with a passion for building and developing strong client relationships. Acting as the customer advocate, both internally and externally, the RM is responsible for driving continuous and increased revenue from a portfolio of clients.

The role reports into the Head of Relationship Management.

The Details…
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, internal stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue and drive adoption of new and existing products
  • Work with internal teams to identify improvements and deliver a first class user experience.
  • Forecast, monitor and report on performance against targets.
  • Build an in-depth knowledge of our product, how it works and the benefits it offers clients
  • Develop a strong understanding of our clients and the industries in which they operate
  • Liaise with Business Development and technical teams to ensure smooth and professional handover of new business clients.
What skills & experience do I need?
  • Top-notch communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships.
  • Proven track record of meeting revenue targets in a business environment
  • Strong, repeatable and reliable sales methodology to plan and develop revenue opportunities
  • Excellent team working skills, ability to manage own workload and tenacious attention to detail
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • A self-starter who takes accountability for getting things done
  • Strong interest in the payments, financial services, technology or FX industries.
