Reporting into the Head of Implementation, the Technical Account Manager (TAM) works at the strategic account level, providing assistance to the customer as an expert in architecture, Currencycloud services, project planning and the launch of new products. TAMs provide proactive advice throughout Implementation and all phases of the post sales cycle.
Single Business Interface to Implementation and Technical Support:
Involvement in Technical Implementations (post-sale)
Working alongside the Strategic Relationship Managers to provide technical support across our clients
Work with the clients’ engineering teams to identify, mitigate and debug any technical issues
Work with the Strategic Relationship Managers to analyse client workflows and suggest improvements to optimise architecture and technical workflow while aligning product capabilities to user requirements
Provide feedback on optimal customer workflows into the Sales and the Implementation teams
Be the link between the Client and our technical development team
Work directly with the technical and product teams at Currencycloud to ensure all customer technical issues are noted and document any suggested improvements or bug fixes that align to customer needs
Participate in technical discussions and scoping of requirements to ensure solutions are designed with the right customer requirements in mind
Work with the teams to build a business case for any improvements or bug fixes for prioritisation purposes
