If you’re shortlisted you’ll have an initial phone interview with our HR Manager, Sadie. If this goes well, we’ll invite you into the office to meet the hiring manager and discuss the role in more detail. Finally, we’ll invite you back in for the final interview to meet the team.
If you’re interviewing for a tech role the process is slightly different. We’ll ask you complete a phone interview, followed by a technical test (which is performed remotely) with a face-to- face interview as the final stage.
